artist spotlight: Beth Hoeckel

Anytime I am dealing with an incredible artist, I know so because I experience one of three reactions:  Frustration due to sheer perplexity, elation for no apparent reason, or (worst/best of all) I shed actual tears. Beth Hoeckel has been one of few artists to produce some combination of all three of these.
